- For all destinations, shipping costs are calculated in real time and displayed directly in your basket.

Stocks are visible in real time on our site, and are clearly indicated in your shopping basket for the validation of your order, for each product. Don't hesitate to contact us for any question concerning the availability or the delivery time of an item.
Most orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day.

DELIVERY AND PARCEL CONTROL
With different shipping houses in Europe, Vapers Nation is able to ship your order in different packages at no extra cost.
When a parcel leaves our warehouses, information is automatically sent to you by e-mail to specify its content, carrier and tracking number.
How can I track the delivery of my package?
To track a parcel, go directly to the website of the named carrier to enter the number of your shipment. Internet tracking is often not yet active when you receive the shipment notification by e-mail. Some carriers need up to 24 hours to provide tracking information.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, LITIGATION AND INSURANCE
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the condition of the package and its contents upon delivery, in the presence of the deliverer. In the event of a problem, the delivery must be refused with the affixing, on the receipt, of a clearly visible mention "package refused / damaged / incomplete goods" with the date of receipt and the purchaser's signature. Without the usual notes of refusal, your responsibility will be taken. The carrier or Vapers Nation cannot be invoked if the notes were not made at the time of delivery.
What should I do if I am unavailable to receive the delivery?
Our packages often contain valuables. Our transporters are obliged to have a signature affixed upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery note. You can then contact him directly to make a new appointment or to change the delivery address. If you are able, you should preferably have your order delivered to a professional address, to a parcel service or to your workplace, for example.
What if the transporter cannot find my address?
We will be automatically and immediately informed. We will then take the necessary steps to contact you and ask you for more information so that you can be delivered as soon as possible. In general, we ask that the deliverers contact you by telephone prior to delivery, but they are not obliged to do so.
What if my package gets lost?
All our shipments are systematically insured. In case of loss, theft or damage of the goods, Vapers Nation takes full financial responsibility for the delivery, if the correct reservations have been made.
